  • Orders below 200 SEK: A small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Sweden and Norway. If you live outside these regions, please contact us at info@focuvex.com to discuss shipping options.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please report it immediately to info@focuvex.com with photos of the damage.

Customs and Import Duties
